RAYSAC’s Young Adult survey is open from April 1, 2018 through June 30, 2018. When you complete the survey link below you are registered to win one of two $50 Kroger gift cards. We are using the YAS results to measure RAYSAC’s outcomes and efforts to bring awareness to the opioid and heroin epidemic among youth and young adults in the Valley.
